1. Information requirements pursuant to FIDLEG/FINIG

The following information serves to fulfill the information obligations of financial service providers towards their customers in accordance with Article 8 et seq. of the Financial Services Act (FinSA). This information is provided without any advertising background and does not constitute an offer for financial services or financial instruments.

2. Approval status

Finanz Konzept Asset Management AG (the ‘Company’) is a financial services provider in accordance with FIDLEG and FINIG, with its registered office at Fraumünsterstrasse 27, 8001 Zurich. Its main activity is commercial asset management for individual clients.

The company was granted a license as an asset manager in accordance with Article 17 paragraph 1 of the Financial Institutions Act (FINIG) by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA.

FINcontrol Suisse AG is responsible for prudential supervision of the company.

3. Ombudsman’s office

The company has joined the Financial Service Providers Ombudsman Association (OFD) and has thus fulfilled the obligation to join in accordance with Article 77 FinSA. Customers have the option of initiating mediation proceedings through the ombudsman’s office in the event of disagreements with the company.

4. Management of business

The company is managed by two qualified managing directors in accordance with Article 20 paragraph 1 FinIA.

5. Business area

The company commercially operates discretionary asset management and execution mandates in accordance with Article 3 lit. c FinLeg. Asset management is carried out through written contracts (the “Contract”) with customers, which contain comprehensive information on the characteristics, functionality, rights and obligations of the customers as well as the risks of the financial service provided. The customers authorize the company to carry out the mandates with the respective custodian banks.

6. Risks relating to financial services

The risks associated with the financial services provided are explained to customers before contracts are concluded. Customers are asked to read the information provided carefully, in particular the brochure “Risks in Trading in Financial Instruments” from the Swiss Bankers Association ( https://www.swissbanking.ch/de/downloads ), and to contact the company if they have any questions turn around.

7. Cost information

There are costs and fees associated with the services provided. These are disclosed to the customer in detail before the contract is concluded.

8. Participation in and economic ties to third parties

The company is currently not affiliated with third parties and has neither parent nor subsidiaries. There are no economic ties to third parties that could lead to a conflict of interest to the detriment of the company’s customers.
